GaadinEV Terms of Use

Welcome to GaadinEV ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the GaadinEV AI‑Powered EV Charging Platform, including our website, mobile applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

Use of Service

GaadinEV provides an AI‑driven EV Charging Location Platform that enables users to manage EV chargers, monitor utilization, and analyze performance. You agree to:

Use the Service only for lawful business purposes.
Provide accurate registration and billing information.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Not misuse, reverse‑engineer, or interfere with our systems.

Subscription Plans & Recurring Payments

GaadinEV operates on a subscription‑based model:

Payments are processed securely through PCI‑DSS compliant gateways.
Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless canceled.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via your account dashboard.
Free plan: No payment is required for the trial duration.
Paid plans: Charges recur automatically until canceled.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued only if the platform is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to a system issue or if a duplicate charge occurs. Requests must be made within 7 business days of the billing date.

Data Protection & Privacy (GDPR / Global Compliance)

GaadinEV ensures that user data is handled in compliance with international privacy laws, including GDPR (Europe), CCPA (USA), and local privacy acts.

Personal data is encrypted and stored securely.
Payment information is processed via third‑party gateways — we do not store credit card details.
You can request data deletion or export at any time.

Intellectual Property

All software, designs, and trademarks within GaadinEV are the exclusive property of Gaadin Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime; however, maintenance or external factors may disrupt service. GaadinEV is not liable for interruptions caused by network or third‑party issues.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Users may cancel their subscriptions anytime via account settings.

Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with applicable international, national, and local regulations, including those related to data privacy, online payments, export control, and intellectual property.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India (for APAC users), United Kingdom (for EU users), United States (for North America), and United Arab Emirates (for Middle East & Africa). Disputes shall be resolved via arbitration or competent courts in the respective jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect regulatory or policy changes. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
